what is an Independent Catholic?

What does 'Indepenndent Catholic' mean..Catholic as we all know means 'universal'.. independent means 'separated from everything else'..
Therefore, a 'separated from everything else universalist is an oxymoron as no such thing can exist..Its a deceptive phrase used to deceive people into believing that other 'Catholic' churchres can exist, however Christ only founded ONE Church..Heres a list of hundreds of independent catholic churches all pretending to be that one church Christ founded..All of them cant be right..
